Absolutely very bad and disgusting place. I come to pick up 2 vehicles but waiting more than 2 hours. They gave only 9 spots for wholesale transporters even other spots are empty. Stupid managers and supervisors said doing nothing for this matter.

They brought me in three times since 10 am and didn't let me in. They work very irresponsibly and make fun of me. The young security guard at the entrance is working especially hard. 04.29.2026

I’ve been waiting over two hours to pick up a single vehicle, which is unacceptable for any operation claiming to run a wholesale department. The level of disorganization here is being pushed onto paying customers, which makes no sense. After spending 20 minutes listening to excuses from Brad, the car still wasn’t brought up. That time could have been used to solve the problem. If you value your time, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are far more efficient auctions in the area like Akron, Skipco, or Manheim.

Super bad experience coming from a manager that took it personal at the yard saying he was the boss and threaten to call the police after waiting to get an space to park and load

This company about to fold. Will not return phone calls or emails. Definitely carries a west coast mentality.
